Library
Mission
The mission of the SBCISD Library Services is to collaborate in providing our students a quality education, to empower them to become critical thinkers, and to foster in them a lifetime joy of reading by supporting curriculum, providing a collection reflective of our community, and facilitating the access, evaluation, and implementation of print and digital resources.
Library Catalog
The catalog is a tool that allows library users to search for books housed in the school's library. The catalog also lists links to ebooks and book read alouds. Click on the button below to open the library's catalog.
Books
Borrowed library books should be returned in the same condition in which they were checked out and by the due date. Students may borrow books if they have no overdue or unpaid lost books. Books that are lost or damaged beyond repair may incur a replacement fee. Students are expected to follow the book care tips below.

Ebooks & Digital Resources
MackinVIA contains the district's digital collection of resources which include databases, ebooks, audiobooks, and links to learning sites. Students have access to these resources to help them complete assignments and to read for fun or to quiz on A.R. All MackinVIA resources are available 24/7, and can be accessed via the HelloID student portal.
