Parental Involvement

Mrs. Frances Q. Garcia is our Ed Downs Fine Arts Academy Parent Specialist.  Frances has been a district employee of over 20 years in the Family and Community Engagement department.  Her vast experience working with generations of parents and families throughout our district will be a great asset to the Ed Downs staff, students, and community.  Her dedication to all our parents and community will benefit Ed Downs Fine Arts Academy.  If any of our parents would like to become Ed Downs parent volunteers, please make sure you contact her.  All volunteers for our school will be under her direction.  Thank you!
